House rules

Dear Guests,

For your pleasant and enjoyable stay you are kindly invited to read and respect these house rules:

• Please vacate your apartment until 12.00 noon on the day of your departure. If you wish to extend your stay please ask us earlier about its availability.
• Please keep the items in the apartment from faults or unwanted damages. If missing items or damages of furniture or amenities are established during your stay, then you will be required to pay the full value of the missing or damaged item. We kindly ask the ladies not to enter the floor with high heels!
• Smoking in the apartments is forbidden. If a tobacco odor is detected, a fine of BGN 200 is payable.
• You are kindly requested to make sure that all electrical appliances are switched off and fire hazards are prevented before leaving the apartment.
• If you are not familiar with the manner of operation of the electrical appliances please ask us for help.
• Bed linen and towels will be changed every week.
• Please do not throw towels on the floor and use them for their intended purpose only. Extremely soiled or spoilt towels and bed linen will be paid for.
• You take care for the cleaning of silverware and kitchen utilities during your stay.
• It is not allowed to hold parties in the apartments.
• Please, keep quiet from 14:00 till 16:00 and after 23:00 o’clock.
• It is not permissible to accommodate more people than the stated maximum capacity for the apartment.
• We do not allow pets. Not because we don't like them, but because it can cause trouble for future guests prone to allergies.
• Please, supervise your children, especially around pool and playground area.
